The Community brings together stakeholders from the private sector, public sector, industry, academia and research, combining knowledge, skills and expertise in cybersecurity. At the same time, it encourages active participation and contribution to research and training projects with the ultimate aim of facilitating the dissemination of information, competences and skills among its members.
Community support to the European Union is essential for the maintenance and development of technological and industrial capabilities in the field of cybersecurity. Its contribution is needed to identify cybersecurity challenges and to use this information in the development of national and European roadmaps.
The Pan-European Community involves the National Coordination Centres, the European Digital Innovation Hubs, as well as Union institutions and other Union institutions and bodies with relevant expertise, such as ENISA.
