It is designed as a 2-hour matchmaking workshop dedicated to support consortium building for the following Horizon Europe Cybersecurity 2026 calls:

The event is open to cybersecurity stakeholders from EU Member States and Horizon Europe Associated Countries, including companies, SMEs, universities, research organisations, EDIHs, clusters, public institutions, operators of critical infrastructures and potential end-users.
Participants will have the opportunity to:
- present project ideas and organisational expertise;
- identify potential partners;
- join topic-based matchmaking discussions;
- explore opportunities for cross-border consortium building.
The agenda will include welcome remarks, and three parallel breakout rooms dedicated to the targeted calls. Each breakout room will include short pitching sessions, networking and consortium-building discussions.
This matchmaking event is designed to facilitate partner search, networking and consortium development. As the event is not intended as an information session, no presentations of the calls or discussions of call requirements will be provided. Participants are kindly requested to review the relevant call documentation in advance and identify the topics most relevant to their interests and expertise.
Further information on the targeted calls can be accessed here: HORIZON-CL3-2026-02-CS-ECCC.
Participants may register as:
- Presenter – for those wishing to deliver a short pitch;
- Listener – for those wishing to attend the discussions and networking sessions without pitching.
Participants interested in pitching should submit a presentation of maximum 2 slides, in PDF or PowerPoint format using the presentation template (Click HERE to download the template). The presentation must be submitted by 6 July 2026 at [email protected].
Each pitch should briefly include the organisation’s expertise, targeted call, project idea or proposed contribution, desired role in the consortium, type of partners sought and contact details.
Please note that the number of pitches is limited and presentations will be selected based on relevance to the event’s topics and objectives.
Registrations will be open until 3 July 2026 via the link below:

During registration, participants will be asked to select the breakout room corresponding to the Horizon Europe call/topic they are most interested in.
