Cybersecurity Business Mission: Malta – Cyprus Cooperation
The mission’s main objective was to strengthen cooperation between the cybersecurity communities of Cyprus and Malta through the exchange of knowledge, experience, and best practices, as well as by promoting joint European initiatives. Particular emphasis was placed on the implementation of the NIS2 Directive, both at the European and national levels, as well as on European funding opportunities.
Key highlights of the Forum:
- Presentations from leading organizations such as ENISA, the ECCC, and the national authorities of Cyprus and Malta.
- Panel discussions on NIS2 challenges and the opportunities for growth of the European cybersecurity community, including participation in European co-funded projects.
- B2B matchmaking and networking to enhance collaboration between companies from Cyprus and Malta.
We would like to thank all participants, speakers, and partners who contributed to the success of the Forum.
Special thanks to our colleagues at NCC-MT, Katia Bonello and Martina Bonanno, for the excellent cooperation in organizing the Forum.
