The Office of the Commissioner of Communications, Digital Security Authority (DSA) organized the first Cyber Security Career Fair, held on 25–26 November 2025 at the ICT Academy of the Office of the Commissioner of Communications.

1ο Cybersecurity Career Fair
The event was part of the European Cybersecurity Month initiative and aimed to bring high school students, as well as the wider public into direct contact with the academic and professional world of Cybersecurity, highlighting study pathways and career opportunities in a field of growing importance.
Organizations, companies and institutions active in the Cybersecurity sector in Cyprus participated in the Career Fair, offering information on job openings, internships, training opportunities and the skills required in today’s labour market.
The two-day programme included structured morning visits by high school students. During their two-hour visit, students had the opportunity to:
- Attend a presentation on the sector’s needs and career prospects
- Engage in a panel discussion with academics and industry professionals, exploring study options, labour market demands and future career development
- Tour the Academy’s specially arranged exhibition area and visit 20 booths representing Cypriot universities and cybersecurity companies, speaking with representatives and receiving informational material on studies, scholarships and professional opportunities
In the afternoon hours (13:00–18:00), the venue was open to the general public, including graduates, jobseekers and professionals interested in career change or skills development (reskilling/upskilling). Visitors were able to meet company representatives, learn about available positions, submit CVs and expand their professional network.

The Career Fair offered participants a valuable opportunity to explore the dynamic cybersecurity landscape, learn about the latest developments in the field and discover diverse study and career pathways.
