The first day included an overview of the Digital Europe Programme and Horizon Europe was presented. This was followed by a practical seminar on the operation of the Help Desk and the organisation of Info Days, with the aim of enhancing effective communication and support for stakeholders in the field of cybersecurity.

On the second day, the training focused on the further development of the Help Desk, through the presentation of indicative practices and support tools. This was followed by thematic sections on the basic principles of project management project management, such as planning, organisation and monitoring, as well as financial management, with practical guidelines for budget monitoring and documentation of eligible expenses.

The training of NCC-CY members and team members from other departments of the DSA will continue on topics related to the management of European-funded projects, with the aim of strengthening their knowledge and skills in the implementation of DEP and HEP programs.
