Successfully completed the Online Info Day, New Funding Calls for Cybersecurity under the Digital Europe programme

The NCC-CY successfully held an online information event on July 18, 2024, entitled “New Funding Calls for Cybersecurity” under the Digital Europe programme, with a total budget of €102 million. The keynote speaker was Ms. Felicia Cutas, Programme Officer at the European Centre of Excellence for Cybersecurity (ECCC), and the event was coordinated by Mr. Polys Peratikos, Head of the National Cybersecurity Coordination Centre (NCC-CY).

Cybersecurity Weekend

Following the initiative of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI), and in collaboration with the Digital Security Authority and NCC-CY, co-organized the Cybersecurity Weekend, which took place from April 12th to 14th, 2024, at the Radisson Beach Resort in Larnaca. This event marks another year of partnership, building upon the success of the previous edition in 2022. A total of 20 individuals from 10 companies participated in the Cybersecurity Weekend, with representatives from both management and technical teams.

Awareness Raising in a Box (AR-in-a-Box) - Awareness Workshop and pilot implementation of AR-in-a-Box in Cyprus by ENISA to enhance cybersecurity culture

The Digital Security Authority (DSA) and the National Cybersecurity Coordination Center (NCC-CY) organized on April 9th an Awareness Day on "Awareness Raising in a Box (AR-in-a-Box)" with more than 60 participants. On the following two days 10-11 April, ENISA conducted the pilot implementation of Awareness Raising in a Box (AR-in-a-BOX) in three (3) Digital Security Authority entities.
